Got a group of 8 or more?

Let’s make it happen! Big bookings need to be confirmed with us via email. Just let us know your final guest count by the morning of your booking. Please note, charges might apply for any ‘no-shows.’ Shoot us an email at hello@gaja.co.nz—we’d love to hear from you!

For bookings more than 6,

We’ll need a credit card pre-authorisation to lock it in. Don’t worry—nothing gets charged upfront! But if you cancel late or don’t show, a $20 per person cancellation fee applies.

Please be on time! We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes past the booking time. If you need to cancel, just give us at least 4 hours’ notice for groups of 6 or less. Easy!
